1. Services Offered

Jake Perry Writes LTD provides the following services: writing services, SEO services, consultant services, and web design.

2. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay via bank transfer. For certain services, a 50% upfront payment may be required. Final payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice and upon completion of the agreed work.

3. Delivery of Services

Services will be delivered online in accordance with the timeline outlined in the proposal.

4. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Jake Perry Writes LTD retains ownership of all intellectual property rights until full payment has been received. In the event that payment is not received, Jake Perry Writes LTD reserves the right to retain ownership of all work submitted.

5. Confidentiality

Jake Perry Writes LTD respects client confidentiality and expects mutual confidentiality regarding all aspects of business discussions and services provided.

6. Liability

Jake Perry Writes LTD assumes no liability for outcomes related to the services provided.

7. Termination of Services

Services may be terminated by either party with notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date. No termination fees apply unless otherwise specified.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through discussions and mutually agreed-upon solutions. Any refunds required will be the sole decision of Jake Perry Writes Ltd and will be processed via direct bank transfer within 14 business days of the refund being approved.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated annually. Clients will be notified of any updates.
